Farmhouse Construction & Finishing Specifications

- Constructed using Earth Blocks (Smart Bricks) for sustainable and strong building.
- Electrical conduits are embedded directly during masonry to eliminate the need for wall cutting and ensure a clean finish.
- Precision tools are used to maintain uniform mortar joints and neat brick pointing, enhancing overall structural durability.
- Zycosil waterproofing compound is applied externally to walls to prevent dampness on joints.
- Flooring
- Features pre-polished Kota stone, laid with 2 mm spacers and finished with epoxy grouting for a seamless look.
- Doors & Finishes
- Internal doors are finished with melamine polish.
- Main door features a PU (Polyurethane) finish for long-lasting protection and premium aesthetics.
